Social tariffs are lower-cost broadband packages for people receiving certain means-tested benefits, such as Universal Credit and Pension Credit. Eligibility rules vary by provider.

  • Many social tariffs have no exit fees, so you can move to one without a penalty.
  • Your current provider may offer one — ask them directly.
  • Use the “Social tariff” filter in NetScore search to see options at your address.
